New Rules for Vehicle Marketing

Promo Magazine talks about the “New Rules For Vehicle Marketing,” explaining how the bad economy has brought down prices for various experience and display marketing opportunities:
“Designers assume everything is going to be custom manufactured. Encourage them to look at ready-made display properties that might serve the same purpose. These can be copied and may cost less than half of a custom-made piece.”
“Partner with complementary brands to split the cost of a road trip. An increasing number of multiple brands under the same corporate umbrella, or non-competitive brands, are receptive to mounting a group tour to spread out the expenses.”
These two suggestions in particular caught our eye, because they are two of the concepts behind Brandstand’s flexibility.
